iPega Bluetooth controller issues.
Okay, I've gotten the blasted thing to work for all my emulators once or twice, but it keeps defaulting back to not recognizing any button presses whenever I shut off the controller and turn it back on. What's especially galling is that the directional keys always work in every emulator, the other keys work fine in the Android home screen, and certain emulators don't have this problem at all (Gensoid, Ataroid and Gameboid). What am I doing wrong? The Engrish-laden manual isn't clear at all on how to solve this issue.
It seems like the problem is with the emulators themselves, since the buttons are recognized just fine when I try to map them, but once I load a game it goes right back to pretending like I'm not pressing them. This is getting very annoying and finding a solution is driving me nuts.

Update
I think I may have found the problem. All these emulators have an option for alternate inputs. In addition to the virtual keypad, these inputs must be turned off in order for the iPega's action buttons to work. So far, everything seems to be working fine again.
