Converting old saves

So I used to play OOT using this a very long time ago. I recently decided to pick it back up but found out that my saves are using an old extension which n64oid stopped using around the 2.0 update. Any way of converting the saves? Heard that someone had made a tutorial when the update came but after over an hour of looking I've not found anything.
Saves files were made on the 1.1.4 update.
Please help, really don't want to start over
