Zelda OoT Block bug?

I got to the water temple just recently, and suddenly I was unable to push the brown blocks? I did it in the Forest Temple....? It might have something to do with the fact that I have played around a bit with the cheats? I have to use bottle modifier #1 all the time from now on, otherwise my first bottle becomes a deku stick. Same goes for boomerang. And if I don't have infinite bombs and arrows, my supplies don't refill when I pick new ones up. I tried messing around with goron bracelet and silver/golden gauntlets to be able to push the block... Never worked. So I'm kinda stuck in the water temple... Help please..?
