It depends what kind of controller?
Its been a while since i have even used n64oid but if you are trying to connect a wiimote (just about any attachment would work, nunchuck, etc.) you would download a Wiimote app from the market to sync to your wiimote to your phone. Then assign the buttons on n64oid.
